Membership Eligibility – Strict Ownership Rule (Mandatory)

1. Active Ownership Required At the time of application and throughout the entire duration of membership, every member must personally own or co-own (as registered with JPJ) at least one Bentley, Rolls-Royce, or Bugatti, or any current model from the Bentley/Rolls-Royce/Bugatti family (including Bentley Bentayga, Continental, Flying Spur; Rolls-Royce Phantom, Poche, Ghost, Cullinan, Spectre; Bugatti Chiron, Tourbillon, etc.).
2. Verification Process Every applicant must submit:
   • Copy of current vehicle registration card (Geran) showing the applicant’s name
   • Valid road tax and insurance policy in the applicant’s name
   • Recent photograph of the car with visible number plate
   • Annual re-verification: Members must confirm continued ownership every 12 months. Failure to prove ownership results in immediate suspension until rectified, and permanent expulsion if the qualifying car is sold without replacing it with another qualifying vehicle within 90 days.

2. Membership Eligibility

• Open exclusively to individuals who, at the time of registration and continuously thereafter, personally own a Bentley, Rolls-Royce, or any type of luxury vehicle that is road-registered Globally.
• Minimum age: 25 years old with at least 5 years of holding a valid  driving license (Class D).
• Applicants must submit proof of ownership (JPJ vehicle registration card in their name) and pass a committee interview.
• Membership is individual and non-transferable. If a member sells or disposes of their qualifying vehicle, they have 90 days to register another qualifying vehicle in their name; otherwise membership is automatically terminated.
• Corporate or sponsored memberships are not permitted.

All other Mission, Vision, Objectives, and Club Rules remain as previously provided, with this strict ownership rule now being the cornerstone of membership.

This ensures the BRR Driver Club Global remains an exclusive, owner-only community of true Bentley, Rolls-Royce, all types of luxury cars enthusiasts
